Does Polka Dot Whale have a store near me?  Do you have a store in Long Beach, CA?

Currently we are only available online.  Our Long Beach, CA location is not open to the public and only serves as our business offices and warehouse.  

Do You Share My Information, What is Your Privacy Policy?

We absolutely respect your privacy. We will NEVER share your personal information, including email and physical addresses. We do not share, sell any of your information with any outside company. We will only share your contact information to our delivery service only in the event they need to contact you in regards to the delivery of a package.

Emails: We do not support SPAM. Every email we send comes with an unsubscribe link.

Credit Card Errors When Trying to Place Your Order?

If you are receiving a credit card error when trying to place your order online, please check to make sure your credit card number and billing address information are correct. Remember, your billing address must match exactly what your credit card bank has on file. If you continue to have difficulties, you may want to contact your credit card company and make sure they have your valid credit card information. They may have "temporary authorizations" on your card, but they will not have a valid charge. Note, temporary authorizations will be removed from your account usually within 1-5 business days, depending on your credit card company.

How Secure is your Site?

Using your credit card online to order products is, in fact, significantly safer than placing credit card orders with conventional mail order houses or even making purchases at a retail store where paper work is stored. Can I Call or Fax my order?

At this time, we cannot accept orders via phone or fax. We apologize if this causes you any inconvenience.  If you would like to contact us, please email us at service@polkadotwhale.com.  Please allow up to 24-hours to receive a response.  Thank you in advance for your business and understanding.  We are committed to serving our customers.

What Credit Cards can I use?  Do you accept debit cards?

Polka Dot Whale accepts Master Card and Visa.   As long as your card has either a Master Card or Visa emblem, it can be used to order on the Polka Dot Whale site.  Currently we are unable to accept AMEX and Discover cards.  We apologize in advance if this causes any inconvenience. 


Is Your Gift Wrapping Free?  Are gifts wrapped together or separately?

Yes!  We believe every shopping occasion at Polka Dot Whale is a special shopping experience.  That is why we offer our Free Gift Wrapping option.

During your check out, in your shopping buggy, just make sure you check the check box:  FREE Gift Wrap option! 

For those of you choosing the gift wrap option:  
Please note that orders will be gift wrapped either together or separately at the discretion of the Polka Dot Whale gift-wrapping team.  We are happy to honor special gift-wrapping requests to the best of our ability.  Please type any special requests into the gift message section during the check out process, along with the gift message you’d like to appear on a handwritten enclosure card included with our compliment gift-wrap service.   We will try to accommodate all special requests, but they can not be guaranteed.
