Additional Shipping Information
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
UPS will not deliver to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses. Please
provide a physical street address if you choose UPS as a ship method. Failure
to do so will delay your order or we may choose to ship using USPS as a
substitute.
Shipments to International Addresses
We regret that we are unable to accept or ship international orders at
this time.
Shipments to Multiple Addresses
We are only able to accept orders to one shipping address at a time.
Our thrifty ground shipping option of $5.95 flat rate for USPS ground delivery is designed to make this more convenient for our
customers. Thank you for your
understanding!
Order Tracking
As
soon as your order ships, you will receive an email via UPS or USPS with a
tracking number to the email address you provided on your order.
Note, at times your shipping confirmation email can be filtered by your
email spam box. If you have not received your confirmation email
after 3 business days, you may want to check your spam box.

We’re happy to help! Please note that your order may take 1-2
business days to ship from the Polka Dot Whale warehouse. If it has been
at least 3 business days (M-F) please email us at Service@PolkaDotWhale.com
and reference your name and order number. Please allow up to 24
hours for a response.
When
will I get my package? Estimating
Delivery Dates:
We know you are anxious to receive your package from Polka Dot
Whale. We thank you for your
patience and are committed to processing and shipping your order
expeditiously! When
estimating the delivery date of your package, please consider the
following:
1) Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior
to processing.
2)
All orders are shipped from California.
3)
UPS only makes deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays.
USPS does deliver on Saturdays.
4) As
soon as your package ships, you will receive an e-mail from either UPS or
USPS with your
tracking number. Please note that sometimes these shipping
notifications get filtered into your email spam box:)

Is it Thursday and you have a baby shower to attend at Noon on Saturday?
No, you will not receive your package in time for the party.

Polka Dot Whale recommends that you have your beautifully wrapped
gift shipped directly to the expectant parents and bring them a hint of
what is to come! Print out
the page where the photo of the item you purchased is shown.
Cut out the photo and attach it to the inside of a fancy baby
shower card. You’ll save
face, the expectant parents will still be thrilled, and they’ll
anxiously await the arrival of your gift…the perfect surprise after all
those other shower gifts have been put away!
